RSF Partners, in partnership with FilBen Group (“FilBen”), a premier New York seniors housing developer & operator, developed and opened Braemar at Montebello, a class-A, 186-bed assisted living & memory care community in Montebello, New York. Braemar at Montebello will serve seniors in an area with otherwise limited alternatives for prospective residents.
Montebello is the first investment in a program between RSF and FilBen to develop and operate seniors housing communities in New York. FilBen is a third generation, family-run seniors housing operating company well-known in New York State.
